Based at three sites in the UK – Peterborough, Coventry and Sunderland – and one site in Cape Town, South Africa, Fusion employs more than 1,300 staff, setting the standard for operational efficiency. The sites provide sales, customer services and administration support to the Group’s own brands and those of its partners. Effectively, Fusion is an internal outsource provider of contact centre services and solutions to the BGL Group’s business divisions.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to help the business continue to grow and achieve great results. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of advisors to enable them to maximise telesales, internet sales, retention and customer service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and managing Team achievement of KPI’s
• Developing and coaching team members to improve performance and customer service
• Conducting one to one meetings to review individual performance
• Managing organisational change into the team
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
• Excellent communication skills
• Determination to achieve high standards
• Good decision making skills
• The ability to coach and motivate individuals
Hours: 37.5 per week on Shift Basis including weekend working.
(Candidate must be flexible to work between 8.00am - 10.00pm Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday and 10:00am - 4:00pm Sunday)
