Managing a number of Team Managers and through them their teams and deputising for the Head of Site the successful candidate into this Call Centre Manager post will possess:
• Minimum of 3 years Management experience within a Contact Centre environment
• Experience of managing teams in a Service and Sales through Service environment
• Relationship building skills (internal / external)
• Results Orientated
• Passionate about providing exceptional levels of service and revenue generation
Key Responsibilities:
• Day to day management of your Team Leaders and through them their teams.
• Motivate and develop staff to maximise customer service experience and revenue enhancement opportunities
• Performance Management where necessary
• Develop and implement effective communication channels/techniques to conduct team briefings that drive motivation and business performance
• Regular Call monitoring and providing Feedback to your team
• Utilise and analyse management information
• Liaising with senior management around performance and targets
