What we’re looking for:
You will have a strong Customer Service/Complaints background and be able to drive SLA and KPI performance. You will have a demonstrable experience within a similar role.You will monitor staff attrition, achieve key deliverables and be flexible to change. You will create a positive environment and be responsible for the team’s internal audit.You will deal with customer complaints and share best practice with other internal Managers. You will ideally be from a financial services background and have been in a similar role for two years+.
