About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management responsibilities will include:-
· Develop, update and report the revenue budget and performance for the short, medium and long term business plans.
· Identify risks and opportunities inherent in the business plan. Propose actions to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities and develop a detailed set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
· Work with the business to develop initiatives and ensure the product, marketing , demand, performance, fares and exogenous factors forecasting profiles meet these opportunities;
· Identify areas where revenue growth could be constrained and produce business cases to justify investment that would de-constrain demand further.
· Undertake an internal business and external market review of on an annual basis. Work closely with the Marketing Team in relation to customer segmentation and insight research projects and ensure that all available business data is used to inform future business cases and decisions;
· Give revenue analysis support initiatives in order to achieve and exceed the business plan; and support the business with their revenue analysis requirements and pass down basic analytical skills.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and you will have significant experience of analysing data and forecasting. You will also have extensive Operational Research experience and the ability communicate effectively across the business. You will be a positive individual with excellent inter-personal skills.
