THE ROLE
* You will be responsible for leading a team of approx 100FTE with 7 Direct reports in a fast paced outbound sales driven environment
* Maintain effective working relationship with the Sales Operations team, providing a proactive and seamless delivery for all stakeholders
* Deliver effective campaign management for your area. From forecasting through planning and delivery to evaluation
* Develop and maintain business processes that maximise contact management and campaign delivery
* Support the maximisation of customer and advisor experience to drive improvements in customer satisfaction
* Ensure the departments operate within budget against company expenditure and commercial activity
* Performance Management and coaching of Team Managers and direct reports
* Implement monthly incentives to accelerate sales growth
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong, proven ability to manage a high performing sales team within a Contact Centre environment, ideally in an Outbound sales environment
* You must have extensive experience at Contact Centre Management level
* Possess a proven track record in Sales and have the drive and ambition to succeed
* Excellent troubleshooting skills are necessary
* Experience of successfully coaching/motivating and performance management of a team to deliver results
* A sound knowledge of the SME marketplace would be an advantage
* Delivering results to targets and deadlines
* To understand data, segments and targets per segment.
* Must be a “Hands-on” manager who works closely with their team
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
£35,000 - £40,000 Salary Per Annum
£5K Bonus
