Lead & manage the Capacity Planning Team to deliver scheduled long & short term plans for all consultants across all business areas.
Lead the team to design & deliver best fit attendance patterns within budget headcount through detailed recruitment plans, attendance reviews & flexible working hours
Lead the team to analyse the customer service operational standards and procedures for all customer contact centres in the area to ensure the agreed service standards are achieved.
Ensure a process is defined and carried out for delivery of the plans by the Service Delivery team and that the plans are fully documented with all risks & issues being considered with each site.
