About the Role:
· To ensure that any obstacles preventing the production of MI reports are managed ensuring any impact to customers is mitigated
· To ensure the quality of information in the reports is accurate and all parties understand exactly what the metrics are made up of.
· The candidate will bring strong SQL Server 2005/2008 Development skills, from a management information or an information analysis environment. Ideally possessing previous experience of SSIS and SQL server reporting services
· They will also require solid analytical and problem solving skills, using SQL and Excel to build and maintain KPI data. Liaising with the other members of the team to ensure the data structure supports the building of reports and web applications.
What we’re looking for:
· MI Analyst experience essential.
· Experience using ACD technology.
· User requirements specification and report design experience in a call centre environment
· High level of technical expertise in SQL and Database management
· Reporting process automation experience
