The Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering revenue/profit orientated targets in a high pressure competitive market place.
To achieve this, the candidate will have demonstrated an ability to identify, build and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders across a range of target clients. The role will involve preparation and submission fro the sales/bid process through to the smooth transition in to the operational area of the business.
You will need to be able to develop strong working relationships with all operational and business support areas to ensure the development and delivery of performance improvement measures.
· This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to set the strategy and build a team
· Pro active approach to lead generation
· Identifying and closing new revenue opportunities
· Identifying the needs of the customers and matching the solutions in line with the clients unique selling points
· Preparing & presenting presentations
· Planning internal resources to support in the collation of the information
· Full accountability for strategic direction of revenue generation

Knowledge & Experience
· Prior sales engagement in the call centre outsourcing industry
· Self motivated and target driven
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to influence at the highest level
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Successful track record of selling outsourcing call centre solutions
· Through understanding of how call centre solutions work
· Hunter with a strong network
· A senior sales professional who has a track record of selling high level solutions
· An individual who thrives on identifying and creating new opportunities
· Experience of selling at board level e.g. MD, FD, Marketing Director and Customer Services Director, etc.

Salary Details
£60,000 - £70,000 + OTE + benefits
