About the Role:
As a result of significant growth, they are now looking for a Revenue Manager to join the senior management team and develop the Revenue and Pricing strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Inventory Manager you will be responsible for the commercial performance of the business as well as centrally steering the company ensuring effective yield management and dynamic pricing across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
· Overall responsibility for the revenue management performance of £120m turnover
· Performance management of a team of 3 Market Revenue Managers to deliver results
· Development, coaching and support of Market Revenue Managers
· Ownership of forecasting & selling strategy for price and inventory mix
· Increase market share premium for brand
· Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to identify new market segments and revenue generating opportunities.
· Daily monitoring of strategy effectiveness, ensuring pricing and inventory control changes are made effectively and in-line with the selling strategy
What we’re looking for:
You will be a knowledgeable Revenue Specialist with experience of working in a high volume, fast moving environment. You will have a track record in implementing all aspects of a revenue management strategy, systems, people, processes and financial results.
As this role will have a particularly strong focus on Pricing, candidates will need to have learned best practice in pricing and will be experts in the development, implementation & measurement of successful pricing strategies.
Supported by a commercial approach, you will have tenacity, drive, commitment and an ability to influence at all levels, including communicating with senior managers, and demonstrate outstanding front line people management skills. You will have strong financial judgement, as a result of having bottom line responsibility, with profit orientation and a personal commitment to customer service, a passion for Continuous Improvement and a desire to work in an entrepreneurial, challenging and changing environment.
