My client is a leading business services organisation with an international presence. As part of their growth they are now seeking a call centre manager to lead c90FTE though a team of team leaders.
About the Role:
You will be managing 6 team managers and a number of outbound agents who work in a predominantly outbound environment providing services to a number of high profile clients.
You will also focus on all aspects of team leadership -motivating your team to a variety of challenging yet achievable targets and coaching your staff along the way
What we’re looking for:
You will be an experienced team / contact centre manager – with outbound experience who has a passion for people development and operational excellence.
