About the Client: My client is a leading business services organisation with an international presence. As part of their growth they are now seeking a head of operations to lead a c200FTE contact centre and all aspects of operational service delivery
About the Role: You will be managing 2 call centre managers and a number of team leaders who work in a predominantly outbound environment providing services to a number of high profile clients.You will also focus on all aspects of service delivery within the operational context including continuous improvement, client delivery, customer experience and profit and loss. Significant plans are in place for expansion and you will provide the drive to realise this potential.
What we’re looking for: You will be an experienced senior operational professional with experience of driving operational excellence in contact centres, an excellent people manager and someone who can focus on the bigger issues.This is an outstanding opportunity with a growing entrepreneurial business.
