THE COMPANY
We are working on behalf of one of the UK's leading insurance companies who are looking to recruit a Telesales Manager for their busy Inbound Contact Centre in the East Midlands. You will lead, manage and motivate a team of Advisors to deliver an all round ‘high quality’ sales solution to customers.
Successful Applicants will be experienced Team Managers with a proven track record in sales, ideally in a busy inbound sales environment. You will be enthusiastic, with real drive to succeed and an approach that is both flexible and hands-on. You will also possess the ability to motivate and enthuse your team to achieve targets aswell as having the confidence and willingness to develop your own skills through continuous training.
THE ROLE
* Lead and develop a high performing, successful inbound sales team of 12 FTE
* Full responsibility for driving team performance through the Contact Centre and increasing the inbound Telephony performance by developing new sales and training techniques
* Ensuring full delivery of the Sales performance targets, demonstrating personal commitment to achieve high standards of performance
* Ability to drive Inbound Sales through training and coaching and reaching targets set by the company
* Act as a role model for business, ensuring the team has clarity of the company vision and values, demonstrating these at all times and creating a culture in which the team live the values
* Ability to show advisors how to turn calls into sales through live calls
* Support and understand change initiatives and ensure people needs are met during any periods of change
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
* Proven Sales Management experience gained in a results driven commercial contact centre
* Previous experience of working in a fast paced Inbound Sales management environment is essential
* Able to coach, lead and inspire a passion of sales excellence and lead from the front
* Leadership skills are critically important including the ability to build a focused, collaborative, results-oriented work group
* Experience in being able to adapt in an ever changing environment
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
* Basic Salary of upto £20K Per Annum + bonus (ote £28k)
* 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
* Hours Mon – Fri 11am – 8pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm
