About the Role: Reporting to the Programme Manager this is a key role within the company. The purpose of this role is to design, develop & gain stakeholder sign off of the processes and procedures to support an effective and efficient operation.
What we’re looking for: This individual will be the interface with internal and external stakeholders to agree the core operating processes. This will involve the discussion negotiation & agreement of prime accountabilities & responsibilities between stakeholders to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of how the process will work as well as set out the key interfaces with other parts of the business.
The successful person will be the expert on passenger & support processes for the construction & systems delivery teams. The key accountabilities for this role are listed below:
· Lead the engagement and influencing of stakeholders to ensure the timely development, alignment and integration of all relevant processes and procedures.
· Develop and maintain the operational processes and procedures specific to the EC.
· Lead the engagement with the relevant regulatory authorities to achieve compliance where required during the process development work.
· Engage with stakeholders to provide assurance that they have a robust project plan and sufficient resources to support the timely completion of the process development work.
· Ensure that opportunities and risks are identified during the development process and ensure the timely resolution of these by co-ordinating and facilitating the resources required to enable this.
· Support the EC Development team to understand the impact of design changes on assumptions & associated processes and ensure any risk to the day 1 operation are mitigated.
Essential qualifications and experience require include 5+ track record of working in an airport or airline operation or similarly complex organisation. Proven ability to present a compelling argument through written, numerical and oral presentation. Motivated to build effective internal stakeholder relationships and the ability to influence strategy.
