Sales Manager (Outbound) / Telesales Manager (Contact Centre/Call Centre), Salary 30K-35K, location South West
Reporting to the Head of Contact Centre Operations, this role carries responsibility for the day-to-day management and motivation of a sales focussed contact centre operation.
Specific duties will include:-
*Responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of a team of c 60 sales advisors with 5 Team Managers
*To provide effective leadership to deliver on personal, team and centre sales and service targets
*Take responsibility for the on-going coaching and development of Team Managers and agents in pursuit of maintaining high levels of motivation and delivering excellent results
*To address and instigate remedial action in areas of under-performance
*To develop strong working relationships with internal / external clients
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable track of record of success of managing a sales focussed team within a contact centre / call centre operation.
