This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Market leading business within the Financial Services industry. They currently operate across the globe and have numerous plans to expand the business further in the UK. They presently have a vacancy and are looking to recruit a Team Co-ordinator, who will oversee a team of B2B customer service professionals, dealing with general enquiries, service issues, complaints and account management, whilst managing client relations and escalated enquiries. This is a position with great potential and the real possibility of further career progression for the right candidate.
Some of the duties include:
• Lead by example at all times - i.e. excellent performance, timekeeping and attendance, flexibility and adherence with a positive attitude towards the role and company
• Act as a point of contact/escalation for Client queries
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative work by team, feeding back errors as appropriate
• Carry out monthly call coaching and monitoring as per scheduling – both side by side and silent. Provide feedback and action plan on results
• Act as the point of contact for colleague queries, problems and escalated calls
• Take initial responsibility for addressing performance related issues/concerns through monthly meetings with individuals, supported with KPI information provided by the MI team
• Assist with highlighting policy/procedural issues and suggest improvements/changes.
• Ensure all changes and information are communicated to the team, keeping appropriate records
Skills and Experience
• Experience of Co-ordinating a multi-skilled team in a busy contact centre environment.
• Competent in use of Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Confident and assertive
