THE COMPANY

Due to ongoing development and expansion, they are now looking for an experienced sales team manager with the skills and attitude to work on behalf of one of their most prestigious clients. You will need to possess a keen passion for exceeding targets and have a hunger for success.

As an Outbound Sales Manager you will be responsible for a strong and dynamic sales team consisting of Brand Ambassadors and Communicators. The manager will work to deliver and exceed stretch targets through team motivation, coaching and performance management

To be considered for this position the individual must have possess the ability to motivate and enthuse a team to achieve targets and maximize team performance.

THE ROLE

Key Accountabilities of the role include; -

* To coach, mentor and develop team of 12 to deliver excellent quality sales, achieve targets, and meet agreed productivity in a B2C or B2B Sales environment
* Have an exceptional understanding of the client’s requirements, together with a detailed understanding of your businesses deliverable capabilities, in order to provide a deliverable solution that meets the client’s needs and objectives
* Drive the team to help customers achieve better response rates and a higher return on their investment
* Responsible for continuous personal development, undertaking relevant training as and when appropriate, for self and team
* To communicate effectively at all levels ensuring excellent working relationships are developed and maintained in the Contact Centre
* You will continuously strives to proactively enhance all aspects of team performance
* Participate and contribute to the wider management of Contact Centre initiatives such as; team meetings, communication initiatives and reward and recognition programmes

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

* Proven track record in managing a high performing sales team within an Outbound Sales Contact Centre environment, ideally in B2C or B2B environment
* Must currently be working at Team Leader level within a strong sales environment
* Possess a proven track record in Sales and have the drive and ambition to succeed
* A desire to help others and develop them through coaching
* Experience of successfully coaching/motivating and performance management of a team to deliver results
* Strong understanding of exceptional customer service and consumer engagement techniques and ability to demonstrate application of knowledge
* A sound knowledge of the SME marketplace would be an advantage
* Exceptional coaching skills and able to develop individual’s performance
* Problem solver who remains flexible in an ever-changing environment. Drives a solution orientated ‘can-do’ approach
* Must be a “Hands-on” manager who works closely with their team

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

* c£24,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
* Strong Bonus – Uncapped Commission – OTE of £32K
* Excellent Benefits Package
* On-Site Parking Available
* Monday to Friday Operation between 11am – 7pm or 9.15am – 5.15pm
