THE OPPORTUNITY
We are working alongside a very well established successful company to identify and secure an experienced Dialler Manager with exposure to a financial environment and understanding of related regulations to the financial industry. With a key responsibility for optimising contact rates whilst maintaining compliancy the jobholder will also be responsible for delivering and measuring the success of new strategies.

THE ROLE
Specific requirements of the role include;
· Optimising the performance of the dialler through analysis and data preparation using SQL
· Work collaboratively with internal customers to build best solutions.
· Timely and accurate automated reporting
· Ensure OfCom compliance
· Planning and building dialler campaign scripts
· Interface with CallMedia

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Dialler (2 years)
· T-SQL (2 years
· SAS
· ACD
· Financial Services experience
· Analytical
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to take ideas from concept to production under own initiative
· Ability to convey complex issues to non-specialists

SALARY DETAILS

£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
